How did you get started?

I have always been an artist, but I started marketing and creating my own merchandise in 2018. It began with a single enamel pin design and stickers.

Research, patience, and resilience are really important. You have to take things one day at a time.

Do you have any pets?

Yes! I have a dog named Dallas and a cat named Tofu.

Apparel is new to the shop. What does that mean?

Any items within the apparel section are produced, prepared, packed, & shipped by a third party provider. If you order apparel, you may receive multiple packages with your order. Any issues with apparel item fulfillment may take longer to resolve due to this. Thank you for understanding!


When will my order arrive?

These averages are calculated based on typical shipping times with regular postal traffic. Many factors can cause fluctuation in shipping times.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Generally within 7-14 days. I know, I know. Before you sigh, please remember that Coral Witch is a small business run by one woman, (me).

Apparel items have a varied shipping time as well because the items are produced & shipped by Printful. Unexpected delays can happen.

Do you ship internationally?

I do! Please be mindful that there are current USPS shipping restrictions in place for several countries. Please review the restricted country listings before placing an order.

Can I pay for Priority Shipping?

I do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

Why is the shipping so high when I order apparel?

If you are ordering a combination of items such as stationery, apparel, & pins - the shipping may be a bit higher than expected.

The reason for this is because any apparel you see in my shop is printed & shipped by a third party [see services under the tools faq question]. You will receive two separate packages & thus are being charged for two shipping fees.


Can I return my order or an item from my order?

At this time I cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please fill out a form on the contact page detailing the issue & we will work something out.

Please note that I do accept returns in situations such as:
Automatic returns for things like lack of VAT payment by the customer or "Unable to Deliver" notices.

What happens if my mail is lost?

Orders that ship without tracking [letter mail] are more susceptible to loss or damage in transit, & unfortunately there is no way to know if this happens [except that it does not arrive].

I am willing to reship orders once if they are lost in the mail, but I cannot offer replacements more than once or if they show as delivered. I also do not refund items, except on special occasions.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, it can be canceled. Anything already in transit or delivered cannot be canceled as I am unable to recall mail once it is dropped off. Thank you for understanding.

Can I combine orders?

Yes, just send me a message with both order numbers & I can combine them. A partial refund for any extra shipping fees can be refunded. [Neither order can be marked shipped before combining].

At this time, I am accepting combined Patreon mail & Shop orders. Please send me an email to do this.

I only got part of my order, where is the rest?

If you order a combination of items such as apparel & enamel pins, you will receive them in two separate packages, [this is also why the shipping cost is higher].

All of my apparel & bags are produced & shipped by Printful.

I got the wrong item. What do I do?

If any items in your order are incorrect, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Pins, stationery, keychains, etc. can be re-shipped if the error is on my behalf.

Any issues with apparel or bag item fulfillment may take longer to resolve due to them being shipped by a third party provider. Mistakes happen, but I will do my best to make it right. Thank you for understanding!

My item[s] arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please fill out the contact form. Provide images of the damaged item if possible and we will find a resolution. I am more than happy to ship replacement items if they arrive damaged.
